Construction & Installation

Turning approved engineering into coordinated facility installation.

We coordinate pharmaceutical facility installation around approved engineering, site conditions, vendor requirements and system interfaces. Each workfront is sequenced, inspected and documented to maintain design intent and prepare installed systems for commissioning, qualification and handover.

Site Integration
The approach

One coordinated plan from site readiness to completion.

Installation activities are managed through a connected site sequence, with each workfront planned around access, dependencies and readiness for the next stage.

Technical interfaces, vendor requirements and site constraints are reviewed throughout execution, helping resolve issues before they affect testing, completion or handover.

Interfaces resolved earlyConnections, responsibilities and dependencies are clarified before related workfronts progress.
Readiness drives progressEach activity proceeds when the required access, information and preceding work are in place.

Ready for CQV Handover

We coordinate site mobilisation, site verification, installation, inspections, documentation and Site Acceptance Testing support where applicable. Depending on your project scope, this may cover cleanrooms, HVAC, utilities, piping, electrical, automation and equipment interfaces.

The timeline depends on facility size, site readiness, system complexity, material availability, vendor schedules and whether execution is phased. We develop the installation programme around approved engineering, access conditions, package interfaces and testing requirements.

Yes. We can plan brownfield work through controlled work zones, phased installation, planned shutdowns and managed tie-ins. The execution strategy considers ongoing operations, personnel movement, contamination risks and site-access limitations.

We check site execution against approved drawings, specifications and installation requirements. Where site conditions require a change, we coordinate technical review and approval, with revisions documented for traceability and final as-built records. Changes that may affect GMP or the qualified state should also be formally assessed through the appropriate change-control process.

We sequence packages around shared work areas, access requirements, system dependencies and service interfaces. Vendor responsibilities and upcoming activities are reviewed through coordination and look-ahead planning to reduce clashes between installation, access and testing.

We assess readiness against completed installation, required inspections, documentation and outstanding punch-list items. SAT is performed where applicable, while qualification progresses against approved protocols, acceptance criteria and the project’s CQV strategy. EU GMP Annex 15 recognises SAT as applicable depending on the equipment/project and requires defined acceptance criteria and authorised progression between qualification stages.

Next step in facility readiness

Installed systems must perform as intended.

As installation, inspections, documentation and site-acceptance activities are completed, systems progress into commissioning, qualification and validation to demonstrate readiness for intended operation.
